Physicals needed before equipment pickup on Aug 14th

Check your physical expiration date!  Seniors may have expired since it was good for 3 years.

Get a sports physical so eligible to play and can complete registration. A physician, physician's assistants, or a nurse practitioner can also do a sports physical and sign the required forms. The forms will need to be turned in to the high school before equipment pickup.
